Appointment of Alicia McGinnis

PITTSBURGH, PA, October 9, 2019 – Exchangelodge,

Investment managers, announced today the appointment of Alicia McGinnis to its Board of
Directors. McGinnis, General Partner of Audrey’s Kitchen, LP, has extensive experience as a board
member and investor in innovative companies.

a leading Pittsburgh medical device start-up), McGinnis and her team specialize in B2B SaaS,
cybersecurity, media, and financial services companies. McGinnis serves as board member to several
of the portfolio companies, promoting lean start-up principles and making funding and business
development introductions. McGinnis also serves as a judge at Carnegie Mellon’s annual McGinnis
Venture Competition, launched by her family’s funding.
